The ultra-clean filling machine is a common type in beverage machinery. The sterilization operation is completed in an environment where the temperature is within 100 ° C. Therefore, it is not necessary to strictly seal the inlet and outlet of the product of the sterilization machine, and the device structure is simple. During the sterilization process, the product is placed in a continuous carrier chain by the tank entry device, and the carrier chain is heated and sterilized while carrying the product through the water tank or hot water (steam) nozzle, and then cooled in the same manner, and finally discharged from the tank discharging device. . The common atmospheric continuous sterilizer is divided into the immersion type and the leaching type according to the state of the heating medium, and is divided into an upright type and a rotary type according to the placement state of the can on the carrier chain, and is divided into a single layer and a plurality of layers according to the running layer of the carrier chain.

a. Upright type continuous pressure continuous sterilization machine: This sterilization machine is a tunnel structure as a whole, and the product is placed upright on the carrier chain. The carrier is typically a single or double layer conveyor chain. The material is transferred from the inlet to the conveyor chain by the tanker. The conveyor chain drives the tank to be heated by water (or steam) sprayed by hot water (steam) while passing through the tunnel, and then cooled by the cold water sprayed by the water nozzle. Throughout the process, the product and the conveyor chain move in a relatively static state.

For the sterilization of glass container canned products, excessive temperature difference of sudden change should be avoided. The heating temperature difference should not exceed 20~50°C, and the maximum temperature difference of cooling should not exceed 20°C. Therefore, such equipment is often designed as a plurality of sections, and when heated by hot water, it usually includes a plurality of working sections such as a preheating section, a heating section, a precooling section, a cooling section, and a final cooling section.

This kind of equipment has reliable performance and strong production capacity, but it has a large floor area and a length of more than 27m. It is suitable for liquid products with good fluidity of glass container packaging products or contents. The single-layer structure sterilizer is installed at both ends of the device because of the inlet and outlet cans, which is convenient for workshop layout.

b. Back to transformation of continuous pressure continuous sterilization machine: the carrier of this machine is the scraper conveyor chain, the canned product is placed on the conveyor chain in a flat position, and the movement can be limitedly scrolled relative to the conveyor chain. The whole is a multi-layer structure, generally 3 to 5 layers, and the steering structure is provided at both ends due to the need of interlayer transfer. The three-layer atmospheric pressure sterilization machine is mainly composed of a transmission system, a feeding mechanism, a scraper feeding tank chain, a tank body, a tank discharging mechanism, an alarm system and a temperature control system. After the cans sealed by the sealing machine enter the conveyor belt of the can, the cans are quantitatively dialed into the tank by the canister, and the cans of the conveyor chain are carried from the bottom to the top through the sterilization tank (the first layer or the first And the second layer) and the cooling tank (second and third or third layer), and finally the can is discharged from the can discharging machine to complete the sterilization process. The functional design of each layer depends on the contents of the can and the tank type.

This kind of equipment has a small footprint, but it is prone to cans in the corner, and it has an alarm device. Because of the limited rolling, it can produce a certain agitation effect on the contents, so it is suitable for the packaging of cylindrical metal containers and products with poor fluidity of contents.
